libvorbisenc2 software package provides The Vorbis General Audio Compression Codec (Encoder library), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libvorbisenc2
libvorbisenc2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libvorbisenc2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libvorbisenc2 *
You will get with libvorbisenc2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
